Research Description/ Research Lay Summary
Aim of this retrospective study is to look for proportion of PCOS patient in EH and EC patients in less than 45 years old, sociodemographic factors, stage and types of EH and EC between PCOS and non-PCOS patients, treatment modality and treatment outcomes (complete response, persistent disease).
By having these data in our local setting, early diagnosis and preventive strategies improvement can be implemented, particularly in PCOS women.

Research Objective
General: To review the polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) patient diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia(EH) and endometrial carcinoma(EC) in women aged less than 45 years old
Specific:
1. To determine the incidence of PCOS in EH and EC patients
2. To compare the difference in demographic data and histopathological characteristics between PCOS and non-PCOS patient in EH and EC
3. To compare the differences of treatment outcomes for EH and EC between PCOS and non-PCOS patient

Inclusion criteria: All women aged less than 45 years old who were diagnosed as EH and EC in Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah from January 2011 until December 2020
Exclusion criteria: Incomplete data
