The research will be conducted in a cross-sectional method, using a set of questionnaire. Three hospitals has been selected for this purpose, namely HUKM, HKL and Hospital Kajang. Mothers will be interviewed after delivery (in ward).

Research Objective
To determine the level of social satisfaction and it factors among women about their delivery experience. Social satisfaction in labor room is vital for women and baby wellness. Among risk factors included in this study is social support from staff, in terms of physical and emotional support, experience of mothers’ antenatal care, environmental conditions of the labour room and duration in labor room. Previous studies suggested that social satisfaction in labor room has significant impact on mother-child relationship, as well as the indicator for the expectation of future pregnancy delivery. Medical perspective aside, it is necessary to put a greater emphasize on the women’s social and psychological perspective.
